Treasury Advisory

Our consulting methodology combines on-site/off-site data collection, internal workshops and training. Our projects are highly collaborative and we work closely with treasury and other business units to ensure outstanding results.

Our advisory team delivers bespoke treasury solutions for all industries. Whether you are a public or private organisation, our team has the expertise and experience to deliver industry best practices.

Treasury Technology

Are you logging into a banking portal and downloading your statements? Then, consolidating your data in excel? With WideVision’s treasury technology, you will get your statements directly from your banks, AP/AR forecast will be automated; and, loans and FD maturity will be reflected without human intervention in the cash position worksheet.

The risk of error or omission of data can be highly controlled through our treasury technology by a direct connection with banks, proper structure of cash forecast, high level of approval mechanism, and much more.

Continuous Accounting

Old accounting processes make it difficult for finance teams to complete their tasks on time. Our task management tool provides hierarchical task lists and workflows to control numerous manual processes across accounting and finance.

With our rule-based journal entry solution, you can automatically validate, certify, and post journals. Real-time dashboards and comprehensive reporting capabilities give accounting leaders immediate visibility into completed and outstanding items by task type, geographic location, due date etc.

Furthermore, configurable automatic notifications warn users of pending tasks and notify management of overdue tasks and bottlenecks.

Payments

Ineffective management of payment processing and execution can directly reduce operational efficiency, increase difficulty in complying with regulatory requirements and introduce the risk of fraud.

WideVision ensures that the right people have access to the right data, assign the signatories online and set the hierarchy to ensure payments are verified by the relevant authority.

Automate your payment workflow and manage payments in a central location with our payment factory. Initiate, approve and release encrypted payment instructions to the corporate banking partners that meet internal controls and regulatory requirements. We ensure security through our SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliant solution.

From SWIFT, host-to-host and regional networks, we manage the entire connectivity process for every client.

Cash Management

Today’s fast-paced business world is compelling organisations to replace their legacy processes with technology-based automation.

Cash management is key for an organisation. The CFO/treasurer should have visibility into cash exposures and idle cash to make critical decisions. Having cash position at the start of the day and being able to forecast in hours is what most organisations want to achieve today.

Creating value for shareholders by enhancing their treasury capabilities to make strategic decisions about where to deploy cash, what risks need to be managed, and how to optimise the return on investment.
